3 sessions on monitoring the impact of one-stop shops (ENEA)
About how to monitor one-stop shops and how to select measurable, consistent indicators of their impact.
The EU Peers Learning Labs are a series of practitioner-led online workshops, each consisting of two to three sessions on a specific topic relevant to One-Stop Shop development. Each lab combines expert input with structured peer exchange, and the resulting reports are available below.
This EU Peers Learning Lab was led by ENEA, held online in three sessions in November 2025. It covered how to monitor one-stop shops and how to select indicators of their impact.
The central theme of this learning lab was how one-stop shops can be monitored, and how to select and define measurable and consistent indicators. The focus was on indicators that measure the direct impact of one-stop shops on building renovation, as well as the implications of renovating buildings, for example on energy savings, CO2 emissions reduction, reducing energy poverty or behaviour change within vulnerable groups.
