3 sessions on alliances and partnerships for one-stop shops (GBCe)
About how stakeholders can coordinate along the renovation value chain: roles, responsibilities, interaction and quality.
The EU Peers Learning Labs are a series of practitioner-led online workshops, each consisting of two to three sessions on a specific topic relevant to One-Stop Shop development. Each lab combines expert input with structured peer exchange, and the resulting reports are available below.
This EU Peers Learning Lab was led by GBCe, held online in three sessions in January 2026. It covered how stakeholders can coordinate along the renovation value chain.
Home renovation services typically lack integrated approaches, because different stakeholders provide partial services for renovation. From an Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS) perspective, collaboration between stakeholders is essential to provide a good customer journey to homeowners. This learning lab focused on how stakeholders can coordinate along the renovation value chain so that everyone has a clear view of their role and responsibilities, how to interact, and how to assure quality and smooth collaboration.
