3 sessions on home-owner activation (TKI)
About activation methods for reaching home-owners, applied from the perspective of one-stop shop customers.
The EU Peers Learning Labs are a series of practitioner-led online workshops, each consisting of two to three sessions on a specific topic relevant to One-Stop Shop development. Each lab combines expert input with structured peer exchange, and the resulting reports are available below.
This EU Peers Learning Lab was led by TKI, held online in three sessions in December 2025. It covered methods for activating home-owners through one-stop shops.
Participants learned about different activation methods to reach out to home-owners through their one-stop shop, so that they could test these methods afterwards on their own. They exchanged with a group of peers facing similar challenges, with the opportunity to continue the exchange within the group after the learning lab ended. Each session consisted of an input and an interactive workshop part during which participants applied the method. All sessions took the perspective of the ‘customers’ of one-stop shops.
