Within the Spanish platform, all those offering renovation services, such as One-Stop Shops, “Agente Rehabilitador”, financial services, architects, and others are welcome. We host 4 annual meetings and round tables, where you can benefit from learning, sharing, getting visibility and providing vision. In each meeting, different IHRS will present their model, we will debate about hot topics among participants and will have some networking time. The current Community manager is Olga Solís from GBCE.

IHRS: the key to unlocking deep renovation finance Subtitle: How tailored financing and IHRS can break market barriers in Europe
Despite the undeniable benefits of deep home renovations—lower emissions, better health, improved comfort—the pace of adoption remains far too slow. Financial barriers, lack of trust, and fragmented governance continue to hinder progress. The recent EU Peers policy paper sheds light on how to turn this around: by promoting innovative financing, leveraging Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS), and establishing supportive policy frameworks that make renovations accessible and impactful. These recommendations form a practical and scalable strategy to turn energy efficiency into the new norm—across all income levels and housing types.
5th Meeting of the EU Peers Hungarian Community
On 9 May, Energiaklub organised the fifth Hungarian EU Peers community meeting, bringing together 14 professionals from across the one-stop shop (OSS) ecosystem. Participants included providers focused on single-family and multi-apartment buildings, as well as organisations supporting OSSs through finance, research, and international projects.
EU Peers at the Assises Européennes de la Transition Énergétique in Strasbourg
From the 24th to the 26th of June, thousands of actors in the field of energy transition will gather in Strasbourg for the 26th edition of the Assises Européennes de la Transition Énergétique. On this occasion, EU Peers had been chosen to lead a one-hour workshop discussing the solutions offered by European cooperation for One-Stop Shops. The workshop will take place from 10:00 to 11:00 CET on June 25th at the Palais de la Musique et des Congrès of Strasbourg.
