Supporting energy renovations in condominiums is a true challenge for One-Stop Shops (OSS). Fragmented ownership, complex decision-making, and diverse stakeholders require specific approaches.

In cooperation with the LIFE co-funded project CondoReno, EU Peers presented a dedicated Transnational WINTER meeting on how OSS can effectively address these renovation challenges.

Based on eight real-life case studies from Flanders and the Netherlands, Erwin Mlecnik and Ragy Elgendy (TU Delft) shared concrete lessons learned, showcased four OSS models (public and private), and discussed what works—and what doesn’t—in condominium renovations.
