This note presents a comprehensive set of policy recommendations aimed at enhancing the development of One Stop Shops (OSS) as a critical tool to achieve the objectives outlined in EU climate and energy legislation. These recommendations are the result of collaborative efforts between Save the Homes Consortium partners, with the input from national organisations of property owners, facilitated by the International Union of Property Owners (UIPI) umbrella association.

The documents summarize the main results of "Save the Homes" project, which offered a full customers journey in 5 stops: Stop 0 Onboarding Stop 1 Design: Social design by co-creation with the homeowners Stop 2 Elaboration: Organizing the financing, purchasing of renovation kits and the preparations for the construction of the renovation works Stop 3 Construction: Realization of proven quality in interaction with homeowners and a peer-to-peer Renovation Community, as part of the Citizen Hub Stop 4 In-use: Monitoring of total performances in practice for ensuring sustainable quality of building and user experience

Data collection and analysis during the ProRetro project provide various lessons that can be of help in designing and trying the business models for One-Stop-Shops. In this executive summary, we sum up our main lessons from these activities in the form of ten short lessons.

The findings of this document serve, at project level, as in put for ongoing/future tasks of the project and, at a broader level, as a guide and inspiration for future research and improvements in Energy Poverty (EP) diagnosis

This policy brief gives recommendations to policymakers on all governance levels wanting to establish new One-Stop-Shops in the European Member States, with a focus on Germany. This deliverable summarises the basis for the establishment of a training program dedicated to decrease households VulnERability to Energy poveRty. by identifying relevant training materials for the aforementioned topics, identifies and analyses the different groups of trainees, discusses appropriate topics to be specifically targeted at the different trainees’ groups, develops the educational curriculum and lays out an indicative training agenda.

This manual is intended for educational and training organisations that want to support integrated renovations of apartment buildings, especially apartment complexes with a Home Owners Association (HOA). The training programme is aimed at all stakeholders who are in any way involved in high-quality integrated renovations.
