Description of the event:

Following the practitioners’ workshop the day before, the EU Peers Summit continues with a deep dive into three Belgian regional One-Stop-Shops – Homegrade (Brussels Capital Region), SPW (Wallonia) and VEKA (Flanders). This session is co-organised by Belgian Peers & EU Peers.

• 9:00 – 9:30 | Welcome coffee
• 9:30 – 9:45 | Introduction by representatives of Belgian Peers & EU Peers
• 9:45 – 10:15 | Plenary presentations 
• 10:15 – 12:30 | World café – regional deep dives

Format: 3 rounds of 25 minutes each. Participants rotate tables every round.

The EU Peers Summit on 14-15 October 2025 

The Summit 2025 consists of three parts, addressing practitioners and interested parties. It starts on 14 October with the practitioner's workshop (invitation only), allowing exchange among peers about One-Stop Shop’s realities on the ground. The workshop will be complemented by a site visit in Brussels on 15 October in the morning (by registration). 

The highlight of the EU Peers Summit will take place on 15 October 14:30-16:30, inviting all interested people to discover the Community and the benefits of One-Stop Shops (by registration). It is the opportunity to learn more about how OSS can boost residential building renovation, hear testimonials from members, and network among peers.
