Who is Who: Ēkubirojs

Ekubirojs is Latvia’s first one-stop shop for holistic building renovation. They pioneered the EPC+ model, created the first digital renovation contracting platform, and helped launch LABEEF, a private fund that backs guaranteed renovation performance.Along the way, ESEB has also learned valuable lessons and navigated misconceptions, which has informed their approach. Their work has been strengthened by useful research, contributing to legislative changes, the education of renovation professionals, and a greater understanding of the importance of ventilation in energy efficiency.
