About the initiative
The Energy Offices are the One-Stop Shops managed by the Valencia Clima i Energia Foundation in the city of Valencia. These offices provide assessment and training related to energy efficiency and renovation, the right to energy, renewable energies, energy education, and energy bills. Currently, there are three fully operational offices in the city, plus an itinerant one that reaches other neighborhoods and nearby towns. With a team of 13 professionals, including social workers, architects, and engineers, the Energy Offices aim to connect with citizens to help them understand energy-related concepts such as how to make their homes more efficient and comfortable, what habits they can adopt to save energy, and how to reduce their energy bills. The Energy Offices offer individual personalized consultations, as well as a series of workshops related to the One-Stop Shop working areas. This work supports the efforts of the Valencia Clima i Energia Foundation in promoting the city’s energy transition and enables direct contact with citizens for both local and European projects.
