Riga Energy Agency
Riga Energy Agency was created in 2007 as an autonomous department of the municipal administration of Riga. It began providing integrated home renovation services (IHRS) in November 2021, at first general information only, to which it added technical support for the elaboration of renovation projects in 2024, growing from an initial team of two employees to eight as of 2025.

Riga Energy Agency was created in 2007 as an autonomous department of the municipal administration of Riga. It began providing integrated home renovation services (IHRS) in November 2021, at first general information only, to which it added technical support for the elaboration of renovation projects in 2024, growing from an initial team of two employees to eight as of 2025.
Most of the IHRS provided by the agency concerns the deep renovation of multi-apartment residential buildings from the soviet era, which make the majority of the city’s residential stock.
