Join us on Monday, 7th April, from 11:30 to 12:00 CET for a quick, insightful 30-minute online meeting with our spanish guest: Impala projects. This successful IHRS from Spain is a technical architecture and engineering firm specializing in building renovation and historical restoration. Since 2018, it has completed over 100 projects, expanding into integrated construction through its subsidiary, Ikaro Construcción. A leader in energy-efficient renovation in the Canary Islands, Impala now focuses on revitalizing unused buildings across the region.

This will be our face-to-face meeting of the year and, as well as meeting other IHRS, we will be working to develop a report for the National Building Renovation Plan. Therefore, we will focus on successful Business Models. We will analyse together which ones exist, their scalability and what are their success factors.
