The final publishable of the H2020 INNOVATE project give an insight into the activities performed during the project lifetime, provides recommendations for one-stop shop newcomers as well es recommendations for all governance levels - local/ regional, national and European.

This inventory developed in the framework of the H2020 INNOVATE project proposes an in-depth analysis of different aspects of the existing pilot models and the services they offer to homeowners.These features, likely to be qualified as "good practice", are described and additional information supporting the setting-up of a one-stop shop are provided. The ultimate objective is to understand the overall functioning of these organisations, to assess their economic sustainability and to evaluate their effectiveness.
