Quality in renovation works (Filao Labs)

The aim of this learning lab is to share and disseminate best practices for more quality in renovation projects as well limitations on this issue. Discussions in the learning lab will be focus on the financial consequences of non-quality, as well as access to finance, particularly from banks. Finally, this learning lab wants to initiate an EU-wide consideration of how to implement standard elements of a common quality control reference system. Ideally, the aim of this learning lab is to open the door to a transnational working group on this subject, bringing together public authorities with other stakeholders. If desired, it will be possible to acquire a certificate of participation for the EU Peers Learning Labs.
