Transnational Community Autumn Meeting: How can one-stop shops engage with (low-income) first-time buyers?

This event provided a platform for sharing knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions in engaging low income and first-time buyers in the green transition and home renovation works. It showcased how one-stop shops (OSS) are driving real-world impact in residential energy renovations. Attendees had the chance to explore real world examples of OSS demonstrating how to support low-income first time buyers.

Purpose: The purpose was to provide solutions continent wide to one of the biggest challenges of one OSS, to include low-income households in the energy transition. By offering practical tools and funding strategies (by Ecovision and Onesto), the webinar aimed to equip OSS with resources to reach low-income first-time buyers.
