The workshop will feature speakers from the Italian Ministry and members of the Italian partnership of the EU Peers project. The event will also welcome the National Community of Practice for One-Stop Shops, established within the EU Peers initiative.

About a month before the event, a survey has been launched among Italian members of the Community of Practice to collect questions, open issues, and priority topics to be addressed to the Ministry.

ENEA will open the session with an introductory presentation on Articles 18 of the EPBD and 22 of the EED and the latest European Commission guidelines. This will be followed by a presentation from the Italian Ministry, highlighting ongoing initiatives and plans for the transposition of the directives.

A moderator (both from Regione Piemonte and ENEA) will then guide the discussion, presenting the questions gathered in advance with the survey.

The workshop aims to foster a constructive exchange between the “top-down” institutional perspective and the “bottom-up” contributions from regional and local authorities — promoting a shared understanding of current developments.

The session will conclude with an open Q&A, giving all participants the chance to engage directly.
