The third Capacity Building event, organised by ENEA and Regione Piemonte — “From the Directive to the realisation: recommendations to accelerate the implementation of One-Stop Shops for energy renovation” — was held online on 9 July from 10.30 to 12.00 (CEST).

The meeting was part of the activities of the Italian platform established in EU Peers. The meeting was an opportunity to explore, together with Adrien Bullier of CINEA, the indications of the European directives on the theme of One-Stop Shops (OSS), discovering what models currently exist in Europe.

The aim of the workshop was to present the current frame of reference and facilitate the exchange of experiences in the field, bringing together the Italian OSS pilot projects, for a comparison of the contribution that these tools can offer to facilitate the energy upgrading of the national building stock. In support of decision-makers, there was a forum for dialogue with participants to gather operational ideas and make recommendations for the definition of effective policies for the promotion of local OSS.

In addition to the experts from ENEA and Regione Piemonte, Massimo Nissoli spoke on behalf of the Italian network of local OSS Harley & Dikkinson and Luisa Villa of Altroconsumo presented the digital platform for integrated real estate renovation services implemented in HORIS.
