From Policy to Practice: Co-Creating Solutions for Energy-Poor Households

The interactive workshop aimed to foster cooperation between local authorities and One-Stop Shops to support energy poor households through their active involvement in energy communities.

Target groups of the workshop were:

- Local authorities: they acquired practical insights both from experts and peers on how European cities and rural towns are supporting energy poor households and energy communities;

- Energy agencies and one-stop shops: they acquired practical insights on tools and successful practices on engagement of energy poor households;

- Energy communities and citizens interested or concerned by energy poverty gained insights on what kind of support they can receive from the EU, as well as the support they can demand to their local authorities.
