EU Peers Who is Who: De Groene Grachten (The Netherlands) - Scaling Home Energy Renovation From Amsterdam's Canals to Southern Europe
Join our upcoming Who is Who session – an express 30 min online meeting, where you will discover one One-Stop Shop for home energy renovation.
On 1 December our guest is De Groene Grachten – a One-Stop Shop operating in more than 50 municipalities in the Netherlands. Thirteen years ago, De Groene Grachten began mapping feasibility of sustainable measures for Amsterdam's historic monuments. What started as sharing knowledge through the Green Menu evolved into comprehensive support - guiding heritage owners from initial online orientation to final delivery, including permits, quotes, and contractor selection. The Green Menu expanded to 50+ municipalities and 15+ building types, enhanced with a Self-Scan tool that helps owners identify suitable measures that fit with their specific situation. This proven One Stop Shop model - combining the Green Menu, Self-Scan, and hands-on expertise - has now scaled to Italy, Portugal, and Spain through the European HORIS project but with a solely online focus. By adding functionalities such as quotation requests and a login functionality with which we can track and re-active users, we enable the consumer organisations to support homeowners across Southern Europe.
