EU PEERS Capacity Building in Milan

On 14 November 2024, from 2-5pm, the third Active Learning workshop of the “Roberto Moneta Summer School” on energy efficiency took place in the City Council Hall of Milan, organised by EU Peers project partner ENEA in collaboration with ANCI.

The second session of the workshop was dedicated to one-stop shops and other providers of Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS) and the opportunities offered by EU Peers. Participants were representatives of Metropolitan City of Milan, Regione Piemonte and Envipark. It was possible to compare different experiences and check the updates of the tools of metropolitan cities, such as the Deciwatt Service, and think about the role that large area entities can play in promoting local IHRS.

Patrizia Pistochini (ENEA) presented the activities of EU Peers. Francesca Hugony (ENEA) moderated a debate on the role of regional authorities for the promotion of local OSS.

This was the first Capacity Building meeting of the Italian network of IHRS developed by EU Peers. The aim of Capacity Building was mainly to:

1. Create and feed a national repository with documents useful for IHRS (co-creation)

2. Share experiences and create relationships between IHRS (exchange)

3. Increase knowledge of EU Peers members around selected topics (learning)

The Active Learning workshop in Milan was held in Italian. For more information see here.
