4th Exchange Meeting of German Peers: Pooling demand for heat pumps

In this exchange meeting, the German EU Peers Community will explore how One-Stop Shops can support the collective procurement of heat pumps. As heat pumps still require a significant upfront investment, pooling demand and placing larger joint orders can help reduce purchase costs, making the transition to climate-friendly heating more affordable for households.

As this approach is already being tested in several German municipalities, two local authorities will share their experiences and the lessons they have learned so far.
