The aim of the regular online networking meeting is to gain insights into the one-stop shop landscape in Germany and to learn about experiences gained by one-stop shops and supporting organisations so far. Above all, the focus is on how the EU Peers Community of Practice with its European focus can support municipalities and other interested stakeholders in Germany. 

On this specific date, the exchange will focus on communication and initial contact with individuals through one-stop shops, taking a look at what strategies and key messages there are for one-stop shops to address the public. Marc Dauner from the organisation Energiepunkt Frankfurt-RheinMain will share insights.
