The multilevel governance dimension in the one-stop shop deployment (Region Piemonte)

Multilevel governance is key to promoting energy renovation within the building sector. We can identify two different types of multilevel governance: one is vertical and requires cooperation between different government authorities from national to local levels. Another one is horizontal between one-stop shops located at the local or regional level. For these one-stop shops, it’s a possibility to establish cooperation commitments for economies of scale and to share their experiences and expertise. The learning lab will explore the potential synergies and the added value of both kinds of cooperation, presenting examples and discussing among participants. If desired, it will be possible to acquire a certificate of participation for the EU Peers Learning Labs.
