EU Peers Who is Who: South-East Energy Agency (Ireland)

South-East Energy Agency (SEEA) is an Integrated Home Renovation Service Provider operating at regional level in Ireland (covering 400 thousand inhabitants). It has been delivering domestic energy upgrades using the one-stop shop model since 2018/2019.
In 2024, SEEA assisted with the deep renovation of over 30 homes across the southeast region. The significantly inefficient homes had the Building Energy Rating of D-G. Following the works, which significantly improved the thermal comfort and indoor quality of their home while also reducing their utility bills and carbon footprint, all 30 tenants received an A rating.
