EU Peers held three sessions of the new format “EU Peers Learning Labs”: Starting on 25 June 2025 (next sessions: 1 July, 8 July, each from 15.30-17.30 CEST), the first learning lab hosted by FilaoLabs focused on quality of renovation work. The aim of this learning lab was to share and disseminate best practices for more quality in renovation projects as well as limitations on this issue. Discussions in the learning lab focused on the financial consequences of non-quality, as well as access to finance, particularly from banks. Finally, this learning lab aimed to initiate an EU-wide consideration of how to implement standard elements of a common quality control reference system.
