Building renovation has become a key sector for meeting the environmental, social and economic objectives of the European Union. In this meeting we will explore renovation policies in France and Spain, and outline how to improve their implementation in the future. For this we will have some first-class guests: 

- Javier Martín, general director of Housing and Land of Spanish Ministry for Housing

- Vincent Feuillette, secretary of Strategy of the French National Agency for Housing Renovation

- Carmen Sánchez-Guevara, professor and researcher at the UPM 

Among the topics we will address are one-stop shops for renovation (OSS), public aid for renovation, summer energy poverty and the new market players in the sector. This event is organized by GBCE and FilaoLabs within the European EU Peers project.

La renovación de edificios se ha convertido en un sector fundamental para cumplir con los objetivos ambientales, sociales y económicos de la Unión Europea.

En esta reunión exploraremos las políticas de renovación en Francia y España, y esbozaremos cómo mejorar su implementación a futuro. Para ello contaremos con unos invitados de primer nivel: 

- Javier Martín, director general de Vivienda y Suelo del MIVAU

- Vincent Feuillette, secretario de Estrategia de la ANAH

- Carmen Sánchez-Guevara,  investigadora de la UPM 

Entre los temas que abordaremos están las ventanillas únicas de renovación (OSS), las ayudas públicas a la renovación, la pobreza energética estival y los nuevos agentes del sector. Este evento está organizado por GBCE y FilaoLabs dentro del proyecto europeo EU Peers.
